The Adult Librarian, under the overall supervision of the Branch Manager, works as part of the branch team and performs basic library work concentrating on service to Adult patrons.
This position requires professional knowledge and judgment, including, but not limited to, reference and reader’s advisory services, collection development, and individual/group programming. The schedule is 35 hours per week and reports directly to the Assistant Branch Manager.

Under the direction of the Supervising Librarian, the Outreach Associate will conduct outreach in the community and work closely with the librarian in charge to prepare and conduct programs for youth (ages birth to 22 years) with and without disabilities. These programs include, but are not limited to: Read and Play; After School Stories; Our Garden Club; Family Lego; and class visits.
